Special Events
Throughout the year, there are a number of special services and events held for the Bedford family. Some of those events are outlined below.
Annual Picnic Worship Service
Sunday, June 10, 2007, 10:00 am
Every year, the first Sunday service in June is held not in the church, but outdoors, in order for us to apreciate the beauty of nature. This is followed by a pot luck picnic lunch/BBQ and lots of games for the kids.
Steak BBQ
September 15, 2007, 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
The Steak BBQ is a part of the Olde Sandwich Towne Festival. Dinner includes a potato, vegetables, coffee, tea or juices, dessert, and, of course, a delicious steak barbecued to your order. Boogie-woogie piano music is provided in the waiting area by Ron Dossenbach. Tickets are $13.00 for adults and $6.00 for children. Get your tickets early as we often sell out!
Annual Turkey Dinner
October 27, 2007, 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Dinner includes turkey & dressing, potatoes & gravy, rolls, vegetables, dessert, and tea and coffee. Tickets are $11.00 for adults, $5.00 for children under 12, and children under 5 are free of charge.
Bedford Live

Our annual Christmas show gets better every year. A great opportunity to bring your family and friends to a great hour of entertainment.
Blue Christmas

A wonderful way to celebrate Christmas for those who ordinarily find Christmas a difficult season because of the loss of a loved one or for any reason. A subdued yet remarkably soothing time: one of the most moving services all year.
Annual Chili Cook-Off

An evening of fun and great chili, the chili cook-off is getting better every year. A selection of Bedford's greatest chili recipes, including vegetarian samples, are available for our inner chili-lovers. Come out and enjoy a fun evening of fellowship.
