This past week, January 6th a fire broke out at our Manse. Unfortunately, Rev. Bailey Foutner has been displaced from her residence. Rev. Bailey Foutner and her daughter Teala are safe and no one was hurt; which is the most important take away from this. The kitchen needs a complete overhaul as well as the possibility of there being asbestos in the plaster walls, the electrical panel was removed and needs to be replaced. As you can well imagine, financially this is a horrible hit to Bedford Church. Without us being able to hold services or having them at 1/2 capacity as well as not being able to hold our annual fundraisers, our finances are taking a HUGE hit. If you are in the positioin to make a contribution, please fill out the form on the "First Time Visitor?" and I will connect with you regarding details on how to do so.
Making a plea for donations is not something the Board at Bedford likes to do; but this is extrodinary circumstances.
We thank you sincerely for your consideration. We pray we can all be togther soon. Stay safe.

Unfortunately, Bedford United Church is closed at this time due to the current Covid-19 restrictions. We are hopeful that we will be able to open our doors again with limited seating by the end of January.
If you would like to speak with Pastor Charmain, please fill our the form on the "First Time Visitor?" page. You will receive a call shortly afterward. As difficult as it is; please, stay home and isolate. Together from a distance we can irradicate this horrible illness. Please, be safe!
